The last day...

Today was one of my saddest days in a long time. It was a GREAT day for Jo-Boy but for me it was hard. Merissa cried a lot too. We have been at the same school for 7 yrs. It all started in 2004. We moved here and Elleda and Maya started there. Elleda had the AWESOME and most WONDERFUL Ms. M. She became one of the best friends to our family. She loved her 4th graders enough to move up to 5th grade with them. Elleda carried on with her for 2 yrs. Then she moved on to 6th grade. She stayed in the same middle school for 3 yrs and then moved to a tiny lil magnet school for 9th and 10th grade.

Maya had Mrs. Rice for 2nd grade. She was great too. In 3rd she had a teacher that while I did not like her philosophies was a good teacher in other areas. For 4th grade she had the other best 4th grade teacher Ms. Giggles (her nickname). She was the young pretty one that all the kids prayed to get. For 5th grade she had Ms. Allen. LOVE LOVE LOVE her. She never let maya slide. You go Mrs. A! Then she went to 6th and 7th grade at the local middle school, and then to 8th grade at the same school with her big sister.

Jo-boy went from K-5 in the same elementary school here. From Mrs. Gonzales in Kinder to Mrs C. in 5th grade he had a lot of great teachers. Today he graduated from 5th grade and is moving to 6th grade. We had a great graduation this morning and then met some friends for breakfast after. Then I took the kids back to the house and went back to pick up my lil Miss Buggy. Where she started crying and made it where its all I wanted to do.

Miss Buggy went to the school for 3 yrs. We loved having Ms. McC. and Ms. Angie and then Mrs. R this year.

However next year all of them will leave this district for a new one. So we wont get to see our friends much. We are leaving our favored teachers for a new adventure. It makes me so sad to know that my lil Buggy will not have some of these great teachers that her brother and sisters have had. It makes me sad that I wont see my friends of so long. It is so hard for me to leave them all. We have had so much fun with these teachers and will miss them all a great deal.

We love you Ms. Della, Ms. Dawn and Ms. Deidre, and all the rest of you. Please know if we had any other choice we wouldnt go so far away.
Once a Lion always a Lion!!!
Miss Buggy and her buddy with the school Lion!

We are the mighty mighty Lions! Hear us ROAR!
